About
We are looking for a meticulous Inventory Clerk to join our team in Phoenix, Arizona. In this critical role, you will be responsible for maintaining accurate inventory records, conducting cycle counts, and ensuring the overall integrity of our stock. Your attention to detail will be paramount in supporting our logistics operations and minimizing discrepancies. This position requires a keen eye for detail and a commitment to upholding our high standards of accuracy and efficiency.
Responsibilities:
- Conduct regular cycle counts and physical inventory checks.
- Investigate and resolve inventory discrepancies.
- Maintain accurate inventory records using our warehouse management system (WMS).
- Receive, verify, and stock incoming inventory.
- Monitor stock levels and report any low stock or overstock situations.
- Assist in the organization and layout of warehouse storage areas.
- Ensure proper labeling and tracking of all inventory items.
- Adhere to all safety regulations, including the use of appropriate Personal Protective Equipment (PPE).
Qualifications:
- Proven experience as an Inventory Clerk or in a similar inventory management role.
- Proficiency with inventory management software or WMS.
- Excellent organizational and record-keeping skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to perform physical tasks, including lifting up to 30 lbs occasionally.
- Familiarity with logistics and supply chain processes is a plus.
- High school diploma or GED required; associate's degree preferred.
- Must demonstrate a commitment to safety in all aspects of the job.
