Are you a motivated individual looking for a hands-on role in Milwaukee, Wisconsin? We are hiring Picker/Packers to join our fast-paced warehouse operations. As a Picker/Packer, you will be responsible for accurately selecting products based on customer orders, safely preparing them for shipment, and ensuring order fulfillment accuracy. This role is crucial to our daily logistics success, requiring efficiency and attention to detail. Your day-to-day activities will include: using scanning equipment to pick items from shelves, assembling orders, packaging items securely and appropriately for transit, and labeling packages. We maintain a strong focus on workplace safety, and all employees are required to follow safety procedures and utilize provided PPE. This role involves frequent lifting and movement, so physical stamina is important. Experience with order picking and packing, and familiarity with warehouse environments are preferred. You will work collaboratively with other team members to meet daily shipping goals and maintain a clean and organized work area. This is an excellent entry-level opportunity to be part of a thriving logistics network. You will contribute to customer satisfaction by ensuring orders are correct and arrive in excellent condition.
