We are looking for motivated Picker/Packers to join our dynamic team in Seattle, Washington! This role is central to our ability to fulfill customer orders efficiently and accurately. You will be responsible for selecting items from inventory and preparing them for shipment, ensuring product integrity and order completeness. Responsibilities:
- Accurately pick products from warehouse shelves based on order specifications.
- Pack items securely and efficiently for shipping, using appropriate materials.
- Verify picked items against order details to ensure accuracy.
- Apply shipping labels and prepare packages for dispatch.
- Maintain a clean and organized picking and packing station.
- Adhere to all company Safety procedures and guidelines.
- Contribute to overall warehouse efficiency and logistics flow.
- Always use required PPE.
- Assist with other warehouse tasks as directed.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
- Previous picking and packing experience is a plus.
- Ability to perform tasks involving repetitive motion and moderate Lifting.
- Excellent attention to detail and a focus on accuracy.
- Good organizational skills and the ability to work efficiently.
- Familiarity with warehouse Safety practices.
- Understanding of basic logistics principles.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
