Job info and responsibilities of the Physical Therapist:
We are looking for an ambitious and competent Physical Therapist to join our team. At this location, we partnered with a leading orthopedic surgeon group in Massachusetts; Two medical groups in one, cohesive space! Our partnership provides a unique opportunity for: (1.) collaborative care, (2.) improved communication, and (3.) educational opportunities.
We are looking for a physical therapist who is humble; Humility in a team member shows up as a lack of excessive ego, or concerns about status. Humble team players are self-confident, but not arrogant.
Another quality we are looking for is "hungry"; Hungry people are always looking for more. They are intrinsically motivated, diligent, and have a strong desire to do more by going above and beyond.
And also, we are looking for "emotional intelligence"; By ‘emotional intelligence’, we are referring to emotional intelligence and interpersonal awareness: The capability to conduct oneself in a group situation and deal with others in the most effective way.
You will be a good fit if your interests are orthopedic/sports PT; strength & conditioning; sports performance; ACL prevention, TPI golf, sport-specific programs.
Your responsibilities will entail:
Providing the Service: Performing initial evaluations, follow up visits, and customer service processes.
Patient Engagement: Explaining what you found in IE, reviewing the Plan of Care (POC) and getting their agreement
Caseload Management: Reviewing Active Cases and POC Compliance on a weekly basis, updating all cases, and knowing where your patients are
Physician Correspondence: Contacting physicians with any questions or concerns
Documentation: Documenting at the point of service (not at home) using the best EMR and AI tools so that you can spend more facetime with your patients.
This is a unique opportunity for a Physical Therapist to collaborate with top orthopedic surgeons in a shared clinic. We believe that better patient care results from prioritizing our team members first. Everything we do is designed to create an ideal experience for our team members so that they have opportunities to grow personally, professionally, and financially.
