Full-time, Monday to Friday, 7:00 AM - 5:00 PM, with occasional weekend work as needed
*Key Responsibilities:*
* Operate an HGV vehicle with HIAB crane to load, transport, and unload fencing and landscaping materials. Our fleet consists of 18ton and 13ton wagons.
* Ensure deliveries are completed on schedule while maintaining excellent customer service.
* Perform pre- and post-trip vehicle inspections, reporting any issues promptly.
* Adhere to all health, safety, and road traffic regulations.
* Assist with occasional yard duties as required.
*Requirements:*
* Valid HGV (Class 2 or Class 1) driving licence with HIAB certification.
* CPC (Driver Certificate of Professional Competence) qualification.
* Proven experience as an HGV driver, ideally with HIAB operations.
* Strong knowledge of UK road networks, with preference for familiarity with the Derby area.
* Good communication skills and a customer-focused attitude.
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
* Comfortable working outdoors in various weather conditions
