About
Join our bustling warehouse in Orlando, Florida, as a Picker/Packer and play a vital role in our order fulfillment process. You will be responsible for accurately picking items from warehouse shelves based on customer orders and then carefully packing them for shipment. This role is essential to ensuring our customers receive their orders correctly and on time. Your efficiency directly impacts customer satisfaction in our expansive Logistics operations.
Responsibilities:
- Accurately pick products from designated warehouse locations using an RF scanner or pick list.
- Verify picked items against order details to ensure accuracy.
- Pack items securely and efficiently into appropriate shipping containers, using correct dunnage and labeling.
- Inspect products for quality and damage before packing.
- Prepare packages for shipment, including applying shipping labels and necessary documentation.
- Maintain a clean and organized workstation and packing area.
- Meet established productivity and accuracy goals.
- Follow all warehouse safety procedures and wear required PPE .
- Assist with other warehouse duties as assigned, including stock replenishment and inventory checks.
Qualifications:
Must be able to stand for extended periods and perform repetitive motion tasks. Ability to perform moderate Lifting (up to 40 lbs) regularly. Prior experience as a picker, packer, or in a similar warehouse role is advantageous. Strong attention to detail and accuracy are critical. Excellent organizational skills and the ability to work efficiently in a team or independently. Familiarity with warehouse equipment and procedures. Must be compliant with all Safety regulations and properly use provided PPE .
