- Accurately pick products based on order specifications using RF scanners or pick lists.
- Inspect picked items for damage or defects before packing.
- Efficiently pack orders, ensuring products are protected during transit.
- Label packages accurately and prepare them for shipment.
- Maintain productivity standards and meet daily order fulfillment targets.
- Keep work areas clean and organized, adhering to housekeeping standards.
- Follow all established safety rules and wear appropriate PPE .
- Participate in team meetings and contribute to a positive work atmosphere.
Ability to perform tasks requiring consistent physical exertion, including frequent lifting up to 50 lbs. Must be able to stand for entire shift and move quickly and efficiently. Prior experience as a picker or packer is a plus. Strong attention to detail and accuracy. Understanding of warehouse procedures and logistics . Commitment to workplace safety and adherence to all protocols. Willingness to wear and use required PPE . High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
