Job Summary:
Become a vital part of our operations as a Fulfillment Associate in Orlando, Florida! In this role, you'll be instrumental in ensuring our customers receive their orders accurately and swiftly. Your primary responsibilities will encompass picking items for orders, carefully packing them for shipment, and preparing them for the logistics process. Responsibilities:
  • Accurately locate and retrieve items for customer orders.
  • Safely and efficiently pack items according to company standards.
  • Label and prepare packages for shipping.
  • Maintain a high level of accuracy in all picking and packing activities.
  • Assist with inventory management and cycle counts.
  • Keep the work area clean, organized, and free from hazards.
  • Adhere to all safety policies, including the correct use of PPE.
  • Meet daily productivity targets.
  • Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth workflow.
  • Process returns and restock items as needed.

Qualifications:
  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Previous experience in a fulfillment or warehouse environment is preferred.
  • Ability to perform consistent lifting tasks, up to 50 lbs.
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Capacity to stand and walk for extended periods.
  • Team-oriented with good communication abilities.
  • Familiarity with safety protocols and the use of PPE.
  • Understanding of basic logistics and order fulfillment.
