Responsibilities:
- Accurately locate and retrieve items for customer orders.
- Safely and efficiently pack items according to company standards.
- Label and prepare packages for shipping.
- Maintain a high level of accuracy in all picking and packing activities.
- Assist with inventory management and cycle counts.
- Keep the work area clean, organized, and free from hazards.
- Adhere to all safety policies, including the correct use of PPE.
- Meet daily productivity targets.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth workflow.
- Process returns and restock items as needed.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Previous experience in a fulfillment or warehouse environment is preferred.
- Ability to perform consistent lifting tasks, up to 50 lbs.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Capacity to stand and walk for extended periods.
- Team-oriented with good communication abilities.
- Familiarity with safety protocols and the use of PPE.
- Understanding of basic logistics and order fulfillment.
- Punctual and reliable.
