Job Summary:
Our Madison, Wisconsin warehouse is looking for a motivated Warehouse Associate to join our team. This role offers a wide range of responsibilities, contributing to the efficient operation of our logistics hub. You will be involved in various aspects of warehouse management, including receiving, stocking, picking, packing, and shipping. Responsibilities:
  • Receive and unload incoming shipments.
  • Stock and organize inventory accurately.
  • Pick and pack orders with attention to detail.
  • Prepare orders for shipment.
  • Operate warehouse equipment such as pallet jacks.
  • Maintain a clean and safe work environment.
  • Assist with inventory control and cycle counts.
  • Follow all safety protocols and wear appropriate PPE.
  • Perform lifting duties, typically up to 50 lbs.
  • Collaborate with team members to achieve operational goals.

Qualifications:
  • Previous warehouse experience is a plus.
  • Ability to perform physical tasks, including standing, bending, and lifting.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Reliable and punctual with a strong work ethic.
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
  • Basic understanding of logistics operations.
  • Commitment to safety and the use of PPE.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced setting.
