We are hiring a dedicated Warehouse Worker for our facility in Madison, Wisconsin. In this role, you will be instrumental in the daily operations of our warehouse, supporting various functions critical to our logistics chain. You'll be involved in a range of tasks, from receiving and storing goods to preparing orders for shipment. Your reliability and willingness to contribute across different areas of the warehouse will make you a valuable member of our team. Responsibilities:
- Receive, unload, and store incoming inventory.
- Pick and pack orders accurately and efficiently.
- Stage products for shipment.
- Operate pallet jacks and other basic warehouse equipment.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the warehouse floor.
- Assist with inventory counts and stock checks.
- Follow all company safety policies and procedures.
- Wear appropriate PPE at all times.
- Perform lifting duties as required, typically up to 50 lbs.
- Support other warehouse functions as assigned.
Qualifications:
- Previous warehouse or general labor experience is beneficial.
- Ability to perform physical tasks, including lifting and standing for long periods.
- Strong work ethic and reliability.
- Team-oriented attitude.
- Basic understanding of warehouse operations and logistics.
- Commitment to workplace safety and the correct use of PPE.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Attention to detail for accurate order fulfillment.
