We are hiring for a Distribution Center Associate at our Miami, Florida facility. This dynamic role encompasses various warehouse tasks, including picking, packing, stocking, and loading/unloading. You will play a key role in ensuring the efficient flow of goods through our logistics network. The ideal candidate is hardworking, adaptable, and committed to maintaining a safe and productive work environment.
Responsibilities:
- Perform general warehouse duties such as picking, packing, and sorting orders.
- Receive, stock, and stage inventory accurately.
- Load and unload trucks using appropriate equipment, such as forklifts and pallet jacks.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the distribution center.
- Adhere to all company safety standards and procedures, including the use of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE).
- Operate warehouse equipment safely and efficiently.
- Assist with inventory control and cycle counts.
- Follow all logistics processes to ensure order accuracy and timeliness.
- Contribute to a positive team environment.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Previous warehouse or distribution center experience is a strong advantage.
- Ability to operate basic warehouse machinery (forklift experience is a plus).
- Strong physical stamina and ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Reliable and punctual with a strong work ethic.
- Understanding of warehouse operations and logistics.
- Commitment to workplace safety.
