Responsibilities:
- Accurately pick, pack, and prepare customer orders for shipment.
- Receive and process incoming inventory, verifying quantities and quality.
- Load and unload trucks efficiently and safely.
- Sort and place inventory in designated locations within the warehouse.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe working environment.
- Operate warehouse equipment as needed, following all Safety guidelines.
- Adhere to all company policies and procedures, including the use of appropriate Personal Protective Equipment (PPE).
- Follow all instructions regarding Lifting and proper material handling techniques.
- Assist with inventory cycle counts and stock verification.
- Contribute to the overall efficiency and success of our logistics operations.
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in a warehouse or distribution center environment is advantageous.
- Ability to perform physically demanding tasks, including frequent Lifting of up to 50 pounds.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced setting.
- Good communication and teamwork skills.
- Commitment to Safety and adherence to all warehouse protocols.
- Must be able to stand, walk, and bend for extended periods.
- Reliable and punctual with a strong sense of responsibility.
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
- Basic understanding of logistics and inventory flow.
