Responsibilities:
  • Accurately pick, pack, and prepare customer orders for shipment.
  • Receive and process incoming inventory, verifying quantities and quality.
  • Load and unload trucks efficiently and safely.
  • Sort and place inventory in designated locations within the warehouse.
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and safe working environment.
  • Operate warehouse equipment as needed, following all Safety guidelines.
  • Adhere to all company policies and procedures, including the use of appropriate Personal Protective Equipment (PPE).
  • Follow all instructions regarding Lifting and proper material handling techniques.
  • Assist with inventory cycle counts and stock verification.
  • Contribute to the overall efficiency and success of our logistics operations.

Qualifications:
  • Previous experience in a warehouse or distribution center environment is advantageous.
  • Ability to perform physically demanding tasks, including frequent Lifting of up to 50 pounds.
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced setting.
  • Good communication and teamwork skills.
  • Commitment to Safety and adherence to all warehouse protocols.
  • Must be able to stand, walk, and bend for extended periods.
  • Reliable and punctual with a strong sense of responsibility.
  • High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
  • Basic understanding of logistics and inventory flow.
