About
Join our dedicated team as a Warehouse Associate in Omaha, Nebraska! This role is integral to the smooth functioning of our logistics operations, ensuring efficient handling of inventory and timely order fulfillment. You will be responsible for a range of duties including receiving goods, stocking shelves, picking and packing customer orders, and assisting with outbound shipments. We are looking for individuals who are energetic, dependable, and possess a strong work ethic, with a keen focus on Safety and collaboration. This position involves considerable physical work, including regular manual handling and Lifting of packages, often weighing up to 50 lbs. Prior experience in a warehouse setting or with basic Logistics procedures is advantageous but not required, as we provide comprehensive training. Your attention to detail and commitment to accuracy will be key to your success. Adherence to all company policies, particularly regarding the use of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE), is mandatory. Responsibilities:
- Receive and verify incoming shipments.
- Stock shelves and organize inventory.
- Accurately pick items for orders.
- Pack orders for shipment, ensuring product integrity.
- Assist in loading and unloading trucks.
- Maintain a clean and safe work environment.
- Follow all company Safety guidelines and procedures.
- Wear all necessary PPE.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Ability to perform frequent Lifting up to 50 lbs.
- Good organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Previous warehouse or Logistics experience is a plus.
- Understanding of and commitment to workplace Safety.
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
- Team player attitude.
- Willingness to use all provided PPE.
