Job Summary:
Join our dynamic fulfillment center in Austin, Texas, as a Fulfillment Associate! This role is essential to our logistics network, involving the accurate and efficient processing of customer orders. You will be responsible for picking, packing, and preparing items for shipment, ensuring that every order meets our high standards of quality and speed. Responsibilities:
  • Accurately pick items from warehouse shelves to fulfill customer orders.
  • Verify product information and quantities against order details.
  • Pack items securely and efficiently, ensuring they are protected during transit.
  • Prepare orders for shipping, including labeling and staging.
  • Operate warehouse equipment such as pallet jacks and scanners.
  • Maintain a clean and organized workspace and contribute to overall warehouse cleanliness.
  • Adhere to all safety policies and procedures, including proper lifting techniques and the use of PPE.
  • Collaborate with team members to meet daily fulfillment goals.
  • Assist with inventory counts and stock organization as needed.

Qualifications:
  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Ability to perform physical tasks, including lifting up to 40 lbs.
  • Previous experience in a warehouse, fulfillment, or logistics role is a plus.
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Understanding of safety best practices and the importance of using PPE.
  • Reliable and punctual with a strong work ethic.
  • Team player with good communication skills.
