Job Summary:
We are seeking a diligent and energetic Warehouse Worker to join our busy facility in Durham, North Carolina. As a Warehouse Worker, you will perform a wide range of duties crucial to the efficient operation of our logistics network. This includes receiving, storing, picking, packing, and shipping merchandise. Your role is vital in maintaining inventory accuracy and ensuring that products are handled with care. Responsibilities:
  • Receive and inspect incoming shipments for damage and discrepancies.
  • Stock inventory in designated warehouse locations accurately.
  • Pick orders from shelves using pick lists or scanning technology.
  • Pack orders securely for shipment, ensuring product integrity.
  • Load and unload trucks safely and efficiently.
  • Operate material handling equipment such as forklifts and pallet jacks (certification required for some equipment).
  • Maintain a clean and organized work environment, free from hazards.
  • Follow all company policies and Safety regulations, including the use of PPE.
  • Participate in regular inventory management tasks, including cycle counts.
  • Contribute to the overall productivity and success of our logistics operations.

Qualifications:
  • Previous experience in a warehouse or distribution environment is advantageous.
  • Ability to handle physical demands, including frequent Lifting of up to 55 lbs.
  • Proficiency in operating warehouse equipment is a plus.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
  • Commitment to adhering to all Safety procedures and PPE requirements.
  • High school diploma or equivalent.
