Job Summary:
We are hiring a proactive Warehouse Associate for our Jacksonville, Florida facility. This role is fundamental to our day-to-day warehouse operations, focusing on the efficient movement and storage of goods. You will be responsible for a range of duties, including receiving shipments, stocking inventory, picking and packing orders, and preparing items for dispatch. A strong commitment to Safety, a keen eye for detail, and the ability to work in a dynamic environment are essential. You will be an integral part of our logistics team, contributing to the timely and accurate delivery of products. This position requires physical dexterity, including the ability to perform frequent Lifting and carrying. Ensuring the correct use of PPE by all staff is a critical aspect of maintaining a secure work environment.
Responsibilities:
  • Receive, inspect, and store incoming inventory.
  • Pick and pack customer orders accurately and efficiently.
  • Prepare goods for shipment, including labeling and documentation.
  • Maintain the organization and cleanliness of warehouse space.
  • Operate material handling equipment safely.
  • Conduct inventory cycle counts and assist with stocktaking.
  • Follow all company Safety procedures and guidelines.
  • Ensure the proper use and maintenance of required PPE.
  • Perform Lfiting and movement of products weighing up to 50 lbs.
  • Support the broader logistics network by ensuring prompt order processing.

Qualifications:
  • High school diploma or GED.
  • Prior warehouse experience is advantageous.
  • Ability to perform physical tasks, including standing, walking, bending, and Lfiting.
  • Understanding of warehouse Safety regulations.
  • Basic computer skills for inventory tracking.
  • Team player with good communication skills.
  • Reliability and punctuality.
  • Willingness to adhere to PPE requirements.
  • Familiarity with general logistics operations.
