We are looking for energetic and dependable Warehouse Workers to join our team in Virginia Beach, Virginia. This role is fundamental to our efficient operations, supporting various aspects of our logistics process. As a Warehouse Worker, your duties will include receiving and processing incoming stock and materials, picking and filling orders from stock, packing and shipping orders, and maintaining an organized and clean work environment. We are committed to providing a safe workplace, and all team members are expected to adhere to strict Safety protocols and utilize appropriate Personal Protective Equipment (PPE). This position involves considerable physical activity, including frequent Lifting of items up to 50 lbs. Responsibilities:
- Unpack, sort, and label incoming inventory.
- Accurately pick products based on order tickets or scan sheets.
- Pack items securely for shipment, ensuring product protection.
- Load and unload materials from trucks and containers.
- Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the warehouse floor, shelves, and equipment.
- Follow all company Safety guidelines and procedures.
- Wear required PPE at all times, including safety vests and gloves.
- Assist with inventory counts and cycle counts as needed.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
- Ability to perform regular Lifting of up to 50 lbs.
- Basic reading and math skills for order fulfillment.
- Attention to detail and accuracy in all tasks.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced warehouse setting.
- Commitment to workplace Safety and following instructions.
- Must be willing and able to wear appropriate PPE.
- Previous warehouse or logistics experience is a plus.
