Responsibilities:
- Receive and verify incoming shipments, ensuring accuracy and quality.
- Store inventory in designated locations, optimizing space utilization.
- Accurately pick items for customer orders using warehouse technology.
- Pack orders efficiently and securely for transit.
- Prepare shipments for dispatch and coordinate with carriers.
- Conduct regular inventory checks and cycle counts.
- Uphold all company Safety standards, including safe Lifting practices and the mandatory use of PPE .
- Contribute to the smooth functioning of the entire Logistics chain.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Previous experience in a distribution center or warehouse role is advantageous.
- Proficiency with warehouse management systems (WMS) and scanning equipment.
- Ability to perform demanding physical tasks, including frequent Lifting up to 60 lbs.
- Strong organizational skills and a detail-oriented approach.
- Team-oriented mindset and effective communication abilities.
- Unwavering commitment to workplace Safety and the correct use of all supplied PPE .
- Understanding of warehouse operations and Logistics processes.
