Join our dynamic team as a Fulfillment Associate in Atlanta, Georgia! In this role, you will be central to ensuring our customers receive their orders accurately and efficiently. As a Fulfillment Associate, your responsibilities will span various aspects of the order fulfillment process, including receiving goods, storing inventory, picking orders, packing items securely, and preparing shipments. You'll be working in a fast-paced environment where attention to detail and efficiency are key. This position is fundamental to our overall Logistics operations and plays a direct role in customer satisfaction. The ideal candidate possesses strong physical stamina, a commitment to maintaining a safe work environment, and the ability to work effectively as part of a team. We provide all necessary PPE and comprehensive training to ensure your success and well-being. This role involves significant Lifting of items up to 50 pounds. We are looking for reliable, motivated individuals eager to grow within the warehousing and distribution industry.
Responsibilities:
- Receive, inspect, and put away incoming inventory accurately.
- Pick products from inventory locations based on order requirements.
- Pack orders securely and efficiently, ensuring product protection during transit.
- Prepare shipments for dispatch, including labeling and documentation.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
- Operate warehouse equipment such as pallet jacks and hand trucks.
- Conduct cycle counts and assist with inventory reconciliation.
- Adhere to all Safety regulations and company policies.
- Communicate effectively with supervisors and team members.
- Participate in team activities and continuous improvement initiatives.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Previous experience in a warehouse or fulfillment role is advantageous.
- Ability to perform repetitive Lifting up to 50 pounds.
- Basic understanding of inventory management principles.
- Familiarity with warehouse equipment operations.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced setting.
