Responsibilities:
- Accepting and verifying incoming shipments.
- Accurately fulfilling customer orders through picking and packing.
- Organizing and replenishing stock on shelves.
- Using hand trucks and pallet jacks for material movement.
- Ensuring the warehouse is clean, tidy, and hazard-free.
- Strict adherence to all company Safety policies and procedures.
- Assisting with inventory counts and reconciliation.
- Preparing outgoing shipments and associated paperwork.
- Communicating proactively with colleagues and management.
- Engaging in team huddles and ongoing training.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or GED certificate.
- Prior warehouse experience is advantageous.
- Capability to perform Lifting up to 50 pounds regularly.
- Basic knowledge of inventory systems.
- Comfortable operating warehouse equipment.
- Exceptional attention to detail.
- Ability to work productively alone and within a team.
