We are looking for an energetic and reliable Warehouse Associate to join our growing team in Durham, North Carolina. As a Warehouse Associate, you will be involved in a variety of warehouse operations, including receiving, storing, picking, packing, and shipping merchandise. This position is crucial for maintaining the efficiency and accuracy of our distribution center. The ideal candidate will be physically fit, possess good organizational skills, and be committed to upholding a safe working environment. Your contributions will directly impact our ability to meet customer demands and maintain inventory integrity. This is an excellent opportunity to be part of a fast-paced Logistics environment.
Responsibilities:
- Receive and inspect incoming inventory for damage and accuracy.
- Stock shelves and organize inventory in designated warehouse locations.
- Accurately pick and pack customer orders according to established procedures.
- Prepare orders for shipment, including labeling and staging.
- Operate warehouse equipment such as pallet jacks and hand trucks.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
- Adhere to all company Safety guidelines and protocols, including the mandatory use of appropriate PPE .
- Perform tasks that may require significant Lifting of materials up to 50 lbs.
- Assist with inventory counts and cycle counts to ensure accuracy.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve daily operational goals.
