We are hiring a versatile Warehouse Worker to join our dedicated team in Orlando, Florida. This role is essential for the day-to-day operations of our distribution center, supporting various functions within the warehouse. Responsibilities may include picking and packing orders, loading and unloading trucks, organizing inventory, and performing general warehouse maintenance tasks. The ideal candidate will be adaptable, reliable, and possess a strong work ethic. You will contribute to the overall efficiency of our logistics operations by ensuring tasks are completed accurately and on time. Safety is our top priority, and all employees are required to adhere to strict safety guidelines and wear appropriate personal protective equipment (PPE), including safety shoes and vests. This position requires moderate physical exertion, including frequent bending, stooping, and lifting items up to 45 lbs. Teamwork and clear communication are key to success in this dynamic environment. Your contribution helps ensure our products reach their destinations smoothly. Key Responsibilities:
- Assist with picking and packing customer orders.
- Load and unload delivery trucks as needed.
- Organize and maintain inventory in designated warehouse locations.
- Operate pallet jacks and other basic warehouse equipment.
- Keep the warehouse clean and orderly, including sweeping and tidying work areas.
- Assist with inventory counts and stocktaking.
- Follow all company safety policies and procedures, including proper lifting techniques.
- Report any safety concerns or equipment issues to supervisors.
- Work collaboratively with other team members to achieve daily operational goals.
- Perform other duties as assigned to support warehouse operations.
