Job Summary:
Join our dedicated team in Washington, D.C. as a Fulfillment Associate! You will be responsible for processing customer orders accurately and efficiently, from picking and packing to shipping. This role is vital to our Logistics success, ensuring timely delivery of products to our valued customers. We are looking for motivated individuals who can work effectively in a fast-paced environment. A strong commitment to Safety and adherence to all Safety protocols, including the mandatory use of PPE, is essential. Responsibilities:
  • Pick, pack, and ship customer orders with accuracy and speed.
  • Receive and process incoming inventory, ensuring proper storage and organization.
  • Conduct quality checks on products to ensure they meet standards.
  • Operate warehouse equipment such as pallet jacks and scanners.
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
  • Adhere strictly to all Safety guidelines and wear required PPE at all times.
  • Meet or exceed productivity and quality standards.
  • Assist with inventory counts and stock rotation.
  • Contribute to the overall efficiency of the Logistics department.
  • Handle customer returns and ensure proper processing.
  • Perform other warehouse duties as assigned.

Qualifications:
  • High school diploma or GED.
  • Previous experience in a warehouse or fulfillment role is preferred.
  • Ability to perform tasks requiring frequent Lifting of up to 50 lbs.
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.
  • Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
  • Understanding of basic Logistics principles.
  • Commitment to maintaining a high level of Safety.
  • Proficiency in using RF scanners is a plus.
  • Excellent teamwork and communication skills.
  • Reliable and punctual attendance.
