Responsibilities:
- Pick, pack, and ship customer orders with accuracy and speed.
- Receive and process incoming inventory, ensuring proper storage and organization.
- Conduct quality checks on products to ensure they meet standards.
- Operate warehouse equipment such as pallet jacks and scanners.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
- Adhere strictly to all Safety guidelines and wear required PPE at all times.
- Meet or exceed productivity and quality standards.
- Assist with inventory counts and stock rotation.
- Contribute to the overall efficiency of the Logistics department.
- Handle customer returns and ensure proper processing.
- Perform other warehouse duties as assigned.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or GED.
- Previous experience in a warehouse or fulfillment role is preferred.
- Ability to perform tasks requiring frequent Lifting of up to 50 lbs.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
- Understanding of basic Logistics principles.
- Commitment to maintaining a high level of Safety.
- Proficiency in using RF scanners is a plus.
- Excellent teamwork and communication skills.
- Reliable and punctual attendance.
