What this job involves: As a Mobile Engineer with JLL serving Meijer facilities, you'll be the technical backbone ensuring optimal facility operations across multiple locations. This critical role combines hands-on expertise in HVAC/R systems, electrical, plumbing, and mechanical equipment maintenance with proactive problem-solving to minimize downtime and maximize energy efficiency. You'll work independently across assigned facilities, performing both preventive maintenance and emergency repairs while maintaining the highest safety standards. Your technical expertise directly supports Meijer's daily operations, ensuring comfortable shopping environments and reliable facility systems that keep business running smoothly. What your day-to-day will look like: Operate, maintain, and repair all HVAC/R systems, electrical distribution equipment, and plumbing systems across assigned Meijer facilities Complete preventive maintenance work orders and respond to urgent repair requests using CMMS systems like Corrigo Perform facility...
