Seeking motivated Warehouse Associates to contribute to our efficient operations in Boston, Massachusetts! This role is fundamental to the day-to-day functioning of our warehouse, involving a variety of tasks to ensure smooth workflow and timely order processing. Responsibilities:
- Receive, unload, and store incoming inventory.
- Pick and pack orders accurately according to customer specifications.
- Prepare shipments for delivery, including labeling and staging.
- Operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and other warehouse equipment safely.
- Maintain inventory accuracy through careful handling and record-keeping.
- Keep the warehouse clean, organized, and free of hazards.
- Assist with inventory counts and cycle counts.
- Follow all company policies and safety procedures, including wearing required PPE.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Previous warehouse experience is preferred but not required.
- Ability to perform physical tasks, including lifting up to 50 lbs.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
- Basic understanding of warehouse operations and logistics.
- Reliable and punctual.
- Commitment to maintaining a safe work environment.
