Job Summary:
Seeking motivated Warehouse Associates to contribute to our efficient operations in Boston, Massachusetts! This role is fundamental to the day-to-day functioning of our warehouse, involving a variety of tasks to ensure smooth workflow and timely order processing. You will be involved in receiving, storing, picking, packing, and shipping goods. A strong work ethic, physical stamina, and a commitment to safety are essential. Responsibilities:
  • Receive, unload, and store incoming inventory.
  • Pick and pack orders accurately according to customer specifications.
  • Prepare shipments for delivery, including labeling and staging.
  • Operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and other warehouse equipment safely.
  • Maintain inventory accuracy through careful handling and record-keeping.
  • Keep the warehouse clean, organized, and free of hazards.
  • Assist with inventory counts and cycle counts.
  • Follow all company policies and safety procedures, including wearing required PPE.

Qualifications:
  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Previous warehouse experience is preferred but not required.
  • Ability to perform physical tasks, including lifting up to 50 lbs.
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
  • Basic understanding of warehouse operations and logistics.
  • Reliable and punctual.
  • Commitment to maintaining a safe work environment.
