We are seeking enthusiastic and dependable Warehouse Workers to join our team in Charlotte, North Carolina. In this role, you will be a key contributor to our efficient logistics operations, handling a variety of tasks to ensure the smooth flow of goods through our distribution center. Responsibilities include receiving, inspecting, and storing incoming inventory, picking and packing orders accurately, and preparing items for shipment. You will work in a dynamic, fast-paced environment, collaborating with team members to meet daily operational goals. Safety is paramount in our operations, and all warehouse staff must consistently use provided PPE and adhere to all established safety protocols. Responsibilities:
- Receive and unload incoming shipments.
- Inspect goods for damage and verify quantities against shipping documents.
- Stock shelves and organize inventory in designated warehouse areas.
- Pick items accurately for customer orders using pick lists and scanners.
- Pack orders securely and efficiently for shipment.
- Assist in staging orders for carrier pickup.
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment.
- Follow all company safety guidelines and procedures, including the mandatory use of PPE.
- Operate basic warehouse equipment such as pallet jacks and hand trucks.
- Participate in inventory counts and cycle counts as directed.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or GED.
- Previous warehouse or general labor experience is a plus.
- Ability to lift up to 40 lbs consistently.
- Basic math and reading comprehension skills.
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong teamwork and communication skills.
- Reliability and punctuality.
- Willingness to follow instructions and adapt to changing tasks.
- Commitment to maintaining a safe work environment and using PPE.
- Must be able to stand, walk, and move throughout the warehouse for extended periods.
