Seeking a reliable Fulfillment Associate for our Houston, Texas distribution center. This position is key to ensuring our customers receive their orders accurately and on time. You will be responsible for a variety of tasks including receiving, stocking, picking, packing, and shipping products. A keen eye for detail and a strong work ethic are essential. Responsibilities:
- Receive and verify incoming inventory shipments.
- Accurately pick and pack customer orders with speed and precision.
- Operate material handling equipment safely and effectively.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
- Perform quality checks to ensure order accuracy and product integrity.
- Assist with inventory cycle counts and stock rotation.
- Utilize the Warehouse Management System (WMS) for inventory and order tracking.
- Follow all company policies and procedures, especially concerning safety.
- Wear all required PPE, such as safety vests and gloves, at all times.
Qualifications:
- Previous warehouse or fulfillment experience is a plus.
- Ability to perform consistent lifting of up to 50 pounds.
- Familiarity with basic logistics principles is beneficial.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
- Commitment to workplace safety and adherence to all protocols.
- Must be comfortable wearing necessary PPE.
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
