Join our expanding operations in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania, as a Fulfillment Associate! This role is central to our mission of delivering exceptional customer service through efficient order processing. You will be involved in various aspects of the fulfillment cycle, including picking, packing, sorting, and preparing orders for shipment. Your ability to work accurately and efficiently in a fast-paced environment is crucial for our logistics success. You will utilize scanning technology to manage inventory and ensure order accuracy. This position requires physical dexterity, attention to detail, and a strong focus on safety, including the proper use of PPE. We are seeking individuals who are team players and dedicated to meeting performance goals. Key responsibilities include:
- Accurately picking and packing customer orders.
- Sorting and organizing inventory.
- Preparing packages for shipment, including labeling.
- Utilizing RF scanners and warehouse management systems.
- Maintaining a clean and safe work environment.
- Adhering to all company safety policies and procedures.
- Collaborating with team members to achieve daily fulfillment targets.
- Assisting with inventory counts and other warehouse duties.
- Ability to perform lifting up to 40 lbs.
- Contributing to the overall efficiency and success of our logistics operations.
