Responsibilities:
- Receive, unload, and process incoming stock and materials accurately.
- Store and organize inventory in designated warehouse areas.
- Pick and pack customer orders efficiently and with precision.
- Prepare items for shipment, ensuring proper labeling and packaging.
- Load and unload trucks, pallets, and other materials safely.
- Maintain a clean, orderly, and safe warehouse environment at all times.
- Adhere strictly to all company Safety policies and procedures, including the proper use of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE).
- Follow all guidelines for Lifting and safe material handling to prevent workplace injuries.
- Participate in inventory management activities, such as cycle counts.
- Support the overall logistics and operational goals of the warehouse.
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in a warehouse or general labor role is beneficial.
- Ability to perform physical work, including regular Lifting of up to 50 pounds.
- Strong work ethic, punctuality, and reliability.
- Basic understanding of warehouse operations and logistics.
- Good attention to detail and ability to follow instructions.
- Team-oriented and able to collaborate effectively.
- Commitment to Safety and adherence to all safety regulations.
- Must be able to stand, walk, stoop, and bend for extended periods.
- High school diploma or GED equivalent is preferred.
- Eagerness to learn and contribute to a positive team environment.
