We are seeking motivated Warehouse Workers to join our logistics team in Virginia Beach, Virginia. In this role, you will play a vital part in the efficient operation of our warehouse, contributing to the successful handling of goods and fulfillment of customer orders. Your responsibilities will encompass a variety of tasks, including receiving and inspecting shipments, stocking inventory, picking and packing orders accurately, and preparing items for dispatch. We are looking for individuals who are reliable, physically capable, and possess a strong commitment to Safety and teamwork. This position requires active participation in manual tasks, including regular Lifting of items up to 50 lbs. Previous experience in a warehouse or Logistics environment is beneficial, and a willingness to learn new processes is essential. You will be required to adhere to all company Safety protocols and the mandatory use of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE). Responsibilities:
- Receive, unload, and inspect incoming goods.
- Stock shelves and organize inventory accurately.
- Pick items from inventory according to order specifications.
- Pack orders safely and efficiently for shipping.
- Assist with loading and unloading of trucks.
- Maintain a clean, orderly, and safe work environment.
- Follow all Safety regulations and company policies.
- Wear designated PPE at all times.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Proven ability to handle regular Lifting of items weighing up to 50 lbs.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Experience in warehouse operations or Logistics is advantageous.
- Understanding of basic Safety procedures in a warehouse setting.
- Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
- Reliability and punctuality are essential.
- Willingness to adhere to all PPE requirements.
