Job Summary:
Our Oklahoma City, Oklahoma facility is seeking a skilled Material Handler to join our logistics team. This role is critical for maintaining the efficient flow of goods within our warehouse. You will be responsible for moving, organizing, and managing inventory using various types of warehouse equipment, including forklifts, pallet jacks, and reach trucks. A strong understanding of warehouse operations, safety procedures, and inventory control is essential. We are looking for individuals who are safety-conscious, reliable, and eager to contribute to a high-performing logistics environment. Responsibilities:
  • Operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and other material handling equipment safely and efficiently.
  • Load and unload materials from trucks and other transport vehicles.
  • Move inventory to and from storage areas, ensuring proper placement.
  • Receive and verify incoming materials against shipping documents.
  • Stage materials for production, assembly, or shipment.
  • Perform regular equipment inspections and report any maintenance needs.
  • Maintain a clean and organized work area, adhering to safety standards.
  • Ensure all lifting and material handling is performed according to safety protocols.
  • Utilize required PPE at all times while operating equipment.

Qualifications:
  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Valid forklift operator certification or proven experience.
  • Previous experience as a Material Handler or in a similar warehouse/logistics role.
  • Ability to perform physical tasks, including lifting up to 50 lbs.
  • Strong knowledge of warehouse safety procedures and best practices.
  • Proficiency in operating various types of material handling equipment.
  • Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Commitment to maintaining a safe work environment and using PPE.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, demanding environment.
