Our San Francisco, California logistics facility is seeking a dedicated Warehouse Associate to join our team. In this crucial role, you will be involved in all facets of warehouse operations, including receiving, stocking, order picking, packing, and shipping. Your attention to detail and commitment to efficiency are vital to ensuring customer satisfaction. Responsibilities:
- Receive, unload, and verify inbound shipments.
- Accurately put away received inventory into its designated location.
- Pick items from inventory based on order fulfillment requirements.
- Pack orders with appropriate materials to ensure safe transit.
- Prepare outgoing shipments, including accurate labeling and documentation.
- Operate manual material handling equipment, such as pallet jacks.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and hazard-free work environment.
- Strictly adhere to all Safety regulations and company policies, including the mandatory use of PPE.
- Participate in inventory control tasks, such as cycle counting.
- Contribute to the overall efficiency and effectiveness of our logistics network.
Qualifications:
- Previous warehouse or distribution center experience is highly desirable.
- Ability to perform manual labor, including frequent Lifting of up to 55 lbs.
- Exceptional attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy.
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong team player with good communication skills.
- Dedication to upholding Safety standards and wearing required PPE.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
