Job Summary:
We are looking for a dedicated Fulfillment Associate to join our vibrant logistics center in Denver, Colorado. As a Fulfillment Associate, you will play a crucial role in preparing and dispatching customer orders efficiently and accurately. Your responsibilities will span across various warehouse functions, including receiving, stocking, picking, packing, and shipping. We foster a positive and safe work environment, emphasizing the importance of adherence to all Safety guidelines and the consistent use of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE). Responsibilities:
  • Receive and process incoming inventory, ensuring accuracy.
  • Stock merchandise in appropriate locations within the fulfillment center.
  • Pick customer orders accurately and efficiently using handheld scanners or pick lists.
  • Pack orders with care, using appropriate materials to prevent damage during transit.
  • Prepare shipments for delivery, including labeling and documentation.
  • Operate manual equipment such as pallet jacks and hand trucks.
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
  • Adhere strictly to all Safety procedures and company policies, including the mandatory use of PPE.
  • Participate in inventory control activities and cycle counts.
  • Contribute to the overall efficiency and success of our logistics operations.

Qualifications:
  • Previous experience in a warehouse or fulfillment environment is an advantage.
  • Ability to perform physical tasks, including frequent Lifting of up to 50 lbs.
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy in order fulfillment.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet productivity goals.
  • Good communication and teamwork skills.
  • Commitment to upholding high Safety standards and wearing required PPE.
  • High school diploma or equivalent.
