About
We are looking for an efficient Picker/Packer to join our busy warehouse in Phoenix, Arizona. This role is critical to our Logistics process, ensuring that customer orders are accurately assembled and prepared for shipment. You will be responsible for locating items in the warehouse using scanning technology, picking them with precision, and then carefully packing them for delivery. A strong focus on Safety is essential; we provide thorough training and all necessary PPE to ensure a secure working environment. This position requires physical stamina, including significant walking and standing, as well as the ability to perform Lifting of items up to 40 pounds. Responsibilities:
- Accurately pick products from warehouse shelves based on order slips or scanner data.
- Verify product details and quantities to ensure order accuracy.
- Pack picked items securely and efficiently for shipment.
- Assemble product kits or special packaging as required.
- Maintain a clean and organized workstation.
- Operate pallet jacks and other warehouse equipment safely.
- Adhere to all Safety guidelines and wear required PPE at all times.
- Participate in inventory counts and help maintain stock accuracy.
- Contribute to team goals and overall warehouse productivity.
- Previous experience as a picker/packer or in a similar warehouse role is preferred.
- Ability to read and understand order documents and product labels.
- Proficiency with RF scanning equipment is a plus.
- Capability for Lifting items up to 40 pounds.
- Excellent attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy.
- Understanding of warehouse Logistics flow.
- Strong dedication to workplace Safety and proper use of PPE .
- Ability to work standing and walking for extended periods.
