Become a key part of our fulfillment process as a Fulfillment Associate at our Virginia Beach, Virginia facility. We need dedicated individuals to ensure that customer orders are picked, packed, and processed with exceptional accuracy and speed. This role is fundamental to our customer satisfaction and requires a keen eye for detail and a strong work ethic. You will be responsible for various tasks within our fast-paced logistics environment, contributing to the timely and accurate dispatch of goods. Responsibilities:
- Accurately pick items from inventory to fulfill customer orders.
- Pack orders securely and efficiently, ensuring product safety.
- Conduct quality checks on picked and packed items.
- Label outgoing shipments accurately.
- Assist with inventory counts and stock organization.
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace.
- Follow all Safety guidelines and wear necessary PPE.
- Execute tasks requiring safe Lifting of products up to 40 lbs.
- Support the smooth functioning of our e-commerce logistics.
Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent. Previous experience in a warehouse or fulfillment center is beneficial. Ability to stand, walk, and perform physical tasks for extended periods. Must be able to perform frequent Lifting. Detail-oriented with a strong commitment to Safety. Ability to work effectively in a dynamic, fast-paced logistics environment.
