We are seeking hardworking and motivated Distribution Center Associates to join our team in Omaha, Nebraska. This position is crucial to our logistics operations, ensuring that products are handled efficiently from arrival to departure. As a Distribution Center Associate, you will perform a variety of tasks including receiving inventory, stocking shelves, picking orders, packing items for shipment, and maintaining a clean and orderly workspace. Safety is our top priority, and all team members must adhere to strict Safety protocols and use appropriate Personal Protective Equipment (PPE). This role involves significant physical activity, including regular Lifting of up to 50 lbs. We are looking for individuals who are reliable, detail-oriented, and can work effectively both independently and as part of a team. Responsibilities:
- Accept and unload incoming shipments.
- Scan and accurately store inventory in designated locations.
- Retrieve items for customer orders efficiently.
- Pack and prepare orders for shipment according to company standards.
- Operate pallet jacks and other basic warehouse equipment.
- Keep work areas clean and organized.
- Follow all company Safety rules and procedures diligently.
- Wear and maintain all required PPE.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Ability to perform repetitive Lifting of up to 50 lbs.
- Good organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Capacity to work in a fast-paced logistics environment.
- Awareness of warehouse Safety procedures.
- Must be able to wear required PPE.
- Reliable attendance and strong work ethic.
- Previous experience in a warehouse or distribution center is beneficial.
