Job Summary:
We are looking for a dependable Warehouse Associate to join our growing facility in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania. This role is fundamental to the efficiency of our warehouse operations, ensuring that goods are handled with care and accuracy from receipt to shipment. As a Warehouse Associate, your responsibilities will include receiving, stocking, picking, packing, and preparing orders. You will be an integral part of our Logistics chain, contributing directly to customer satisfaction. The ideal candidate is physically capable, detail-oriented, and demonstrates a strong commitment to maintaining a Safety -conscious environment. We provide all required PPE and comprehensive training to ensure your success. This position involves regular Lifting of items up to 50 pounds. Daily tasks will involve operating warehouse equipment, monitoring inventory levels, and maintaining a clean and organized workspace. Responsibilities:
  • Accurately receive and unload incoming materials.
  • Inspect shipments for damages and verify contents against documentation.
  • Stock received items in designated warehouse locations.
  • Pick and pack customer orders with precision and speed.
  • Prepare orders for shipment, including labeling and staging.
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area.
  • Operate pallet jacks and other material handling equipment.
  • Perform inventory cycle counts and assist with stocktakes.
  • Adhere to all company Safety guidelines and procedures.
  • Collaborate with team members and supervisors to achieve operational goals.

Qualifications:
  • High school diploma or GED required.
  • Previous experience in a warehouse environment is preferred.
  • Ability to perform consistent Lifting up to 50 pounds.
  • Basic understanding of inventory management practices.
  • Familiarity with warehouse equipment operation.
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
  • Commitment to upholding Safety standards.
  • Punctual, reliable, and possess a strong work ethic.
