About
Our Tampa, Florida warehouse is looking for a dedicated Warehouse Associate to support our daily operations. This role is crucial for maintaining the efficiency and accuracy of our inventory management and order fulfillment processes. You will be involved in a variety of tasks, including receiving, stocking, picking, packing, and shipping of goods. Responsibilities:
- Receive, inspect, and stock incoming inventory.
- Pick, pack, and prepare customer orders for shipment.
- Stage outgoing shipments for carriers.
- Maintain an organized and clean warehouse environment.
- Operate manual pallet jacks and other warehouse equipment.
- Adhere strictly to all safety guidelines and protocols, including the correct use of PPE.
- Participate in inventory cycle counts and assist with accuracy checks.
- Work collaboratively with team members to achieve daily operational goals.
- Support various logistics tasks as assigned by supervisors.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Prior warehouse experience is a plus.
- Ability to perform physical tasks, including lifting up to 50 lbs and standing for extended periods.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Familiarity with warehouse safety procedures and the importance of PPE.
- Ability to work effectively in a team and independently.
- Basic understanding of logistics operations.
- Good communication skills.
