Responsibilities:
- Accurately pick products according to order specifications using pick lists or RF scanners.
- Verify picked items against order details to ensure accuracy.
- Pack items carefully into appropriate shipping containers, ensuring product protection.
- Apply shipping labels and documentation correctly.
- Stage packed orders for quality assurance and outgoing logistics.
- Maintain a clean, orderly, and safe working environment.
- Follow all established safety procedures and guidelines.
- Participate in inventory cycle counts and stock replenishment.
- Use material handling equipment, such as pallet jacks, as needed.
- Ensure proper use of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) at all times.
Qualifications:
- Prior experience in order picking, packing, or general warehousing is advantageous.
- Ability to read and understand pick lists and product identifiers.
- Excellent attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.
- Capability for regular lifting of items weighing up to 45 lbs.
- Ability to work efficiently and maintain productivity in a busy logistics environment.
- Must adhere to Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) requirements.
- Familiarity with basic logistics processes.
- Strong work ethic and ability to work collaboratively in a team.
- Flexibility to adapt to varying workloads.
