In this role, you will be instrumental in the entire fulfillment process, from receiving goods to preparing them for shipment. Your responsibilities will include accurately picking and packing orders, managing inventory, and ensuring the smooth flow of products through our warehouse. Responsibilities:
- Process incoming shipments, verifying contents against orders.
- Accurately pick items from inventory to fulfill customer orders.
- Pack items securely and efficiently, ensuring product protection.
- Label packages correctly for various shipping carriers.
- Maintain inventory accuracy through diligent stock checks and system updates.
- Operate warehouse equipment safely and responsibly.
- Adhere to all company Safety policies and procedures.
- Mandatory use of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) at all times.
- Tasks may involve considerable Lifting and physical exertion.
- Contribute to the optimization of our logistics workflow.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or GED.
- Previous experience in a fulfillment center, warehouse, or similar role is preferred.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.
- Physical capability to perform tasks including standing, walking, bending, and frequent Lifting.
- Familiarity with warehouse Safety practices.
- Must be able to wear required PPE.
- Understanding of basic logistics operations and inventory management.
