Job Summary:
Join our growing team as a Fulfillment Associate in Seattle, Washington! We are looking for energetic individuals to support our e-commerce operations by ensuring orders are processed accurately and efficiently. As a Fulfillment Associate, you will handle a variety of tasks within the warehouse, including receiving incoming goods, stocking shelves, picking and packing customer orders, and preparing shipments. Your role is vital to the smooth operation of our Logistics network, ensuring that products reach our customers on time and in excellent condition. Responsibilities:
  • Receive, unload, and inspect incoming shipments.
  • Stock merchandise accurately in designated warehouse locations.
  • Pick items for customer orders using electronic devices or paper pick lists.
  • Pack orders with care, ensuring product protection during transit.
  • Prepare outgoing shipments, including labeling and documentation.
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of the warehouse, including your assigned work area.
  • Operate material handling equipment as trained and authorized.
  • Adhere strictly to all Safety protocols and wear required PPE at all times.
  • Assist with inventory management and cycle counts.
  • Contribute to a positive and productive team environment.
Requirements:
  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Proven ability to work in a fast-paced warehouse setting.
  • Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Proficiency in basic math.
  • Ability to stand, walk, and move for extended periods.
  • Must be capable of Lifting up to 50 lbs regularly.
  • Commitment to following all Safety guidelines.
  • Familiarity with Logistics operations is a plus.
  • Willingness to wear appropriate PPE.
