Responsibilities:
What You’ll Do
Pound the dialer for 8 hours/day, talking to warm and cold leads
Turn skeptical sellers into real conversations
Uncover pain, qualify motivation, and move leads through the pipeline
Build fast rapport using tone, pace, mirroring, and empathy
Follow up relentlessly until you get the answer—yes or no
Work directly with the acquisitions team to push deals to the table
Own your pipeline and your numbers—no excuses
Stay late if a deal’s hot. Show up early if your pipeline’s cold.
Qualifications:
What You’ll Earn
Base salary + Commission ($30,000 + $50,000-$70,000 OTE)
Top performers track toward management, profit share, and investment ops
What Winning Looks Like
2–4 signed contracts/month by Month 3
You track your KPIs and improve them weekly
You own your pipeline like it’s your name on the company
You ask for feedback before it’s given
You see yourself here 2–3 years from now—not because you’re stuck, but because you’re leveling up
