Supervisor, Clinical and Community Services

•   Ability to supervise & direct staff, while providing leadership in the Agency's programming.
•   Ability to manage programs while working collaboratively with stakeholders. 
•   Demonstrated leadership skills and the ability to motivate staff, as well as take corrective action as necessary. 
•   Excellent interpersonal skills and communication skills. 
•   Excellent and thorough documentation and organizational skills. 
•   Sound clinical knowledge and knowledge of relevant legislative and ministry standards. 
•   Demonstrated leadership skills and the ability to motivate staff, as well as take corrective action as necessary. 
•   An awareness of First Nations issues, including knowledge of the communities, family structure, customs and traditions is an asset.

• Master's Degree in Social Work or related field is preferred with five (5) years of experience in a Children's Mental Health/Child Development setting.
• Must be a member in good standing or able to immediately become a member of a College recognized by the Psychotherapy Act. 

•  Must possess a valid Ontario Driver's License and have access to a reliable vehicle with an OPCF6A Insurance endorsement and minimum of $1,000,000 Liability insurance.
•  Satisfactory Vulnerable Sector Check, internal records check, and Driver's Abstract.
•  The ability to travel and occasionally work flexible hours is required.
