· If a child requests that you be a fairy, a pirate or a spaceman, you must be the best fairy, pirate or spaceman that you can be!
· The ability to sing out of tune in front of a small crowd.
· Pretending to eat playdough creations realistically.
· You are prepared to drink numerous cups of pretend tea on a daily basis.
· You can read a story, upside down, with at least 4 interruptions per page.
· Possess the skills to count the heads of numerous moving small people.
· You are prepared to have lots of fun in the workplace.
· Most importantly. you must be prepared to feel loved, special and important to many young children and their families.

Responsibilities:
- Create and implement developmentally appropriate lesson plans for children aged 0-5 years
- Provide a safe and nurturing environment for children to learn and grow
- Foster social, emotional, cognitive, and physical development through play-based activities
- Observe and assess children's progress and communicate with parents/guardians
- Collaborate with other educators and staff to create a positive learning environment
- Maintain a clean and organized classroom
Skills:
- Strong knowledge of the EYFS
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to create engaging and age-appropriate learning experiences
- Patience, empathy, and understanding of children's needs
- Ability to work as part of a team
