Lattuca Invest is a fast-growing property investment and management company, specialising in high-quality refurbishments, residential conversions, and social housing projects across South Wales. We are now looking for a skilled and reliable *Plumber* to join our team and play a key role in delivering safe, compliant, and efficient plumbing solutions across our portfolio.
*The Role*
As a Plumber at Lattuca Invest, you will:
* Carry out installation, repair, and maintenance of plumbing systems across residential properties.
* Work on bathroom and kitchen refurbishments, including first and second fix.
* Diagnose and resolve plumbing issues quickly and effectively.
* Ensure all work is completed to current building regulations, safety standards, and company quality expectations.
* Collaborate with our in-house refurbishment team and contractors to deliver projects on time and within budget.
*Requirements*
* NVQ Level 2/3 in Plumbing or equivalent qualification.
* Proven experience in domestic plumbing and property refurbishment.
* Good knowledge of water regulations and health & safety compliance.
* Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
* Full UK driving licence and own tools (van can be provided for the right candidate).
