Picker/Packer

We have an immediate opening for a Picker/Packer at our St. Louis, Missouri distribution center. This role is fundamental to our logistics operations, ensuring that products are processed correctly and shipped to our customers on time. • Accurately pick products from warehouse shelves to fulfill customer orders.
• Inspect items for damage and ensure correct quantities are picked.
• Pack products securely using appropriate materials to prevent damage during shipping.
• Operate scanning equipment to track inventory and order status.
• Maintain a clean and orderly workspace according to safety standards.
• Adhere strictly to all company safety policies and procedures.
• Wear all required Personal Protective Equipment (PPE), including safety glasses and gloves.
• Collaborate with team members to meet daily production goals within the logistics framework.

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Previous experience in a picking and packing role or general warehouse experience is beneficial.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining accuracy.
• Must be able to stand for prolonged periods and perform repetitive tasks.
• Capable of lifting up to 50 pounds consistently.
• Strong attention to detail.
• Understanding of basic logistics and warehouse operations.
• Commitment to following safety regulations and proper lifting techniques.
