Responsibilities:
- Accurately pick items from warehouse shelves based on order specifications.
- Pack orders securely and efficiently, ensuring product protection during transit.
- Verify picked items against order documents to maintain accuracy.
- Operate scanning equipment to track inventory movements.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area.
- Adhere strictly to all safety regulations and procedures, including the use of appropriate PPE.
- Assist with other warehouse duties as assigned, contributing to the overall logistics flow.
- Identify and report any damaged or missing items.
- Previous experience as a Picker/Packer or in a similar warehouse role is highly desirable.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining accuracy.
- Proficiency in using handheld scanners and basic computer systems.
- Willingness to perform physical tasks, including regular lifting of up to 35 pounds.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Commitment to workplace safety and following all guidelines.
- Must be able to stand, bend, and stoop for extended periods.
- Excellent time management and problem-solving abilities.
