Responsibilities:
- Efficiently pick products based on order lists and scanner data.
- Package orders with care, ensuring the integrity of goods during transport.
- Double-check order accuracy before and after picking.
- Keep work areas tidy and organized.
- Follow all safety protocols, including correct lifting techniques and warehouse procedures.
- Always wear designated Personal Protective Equipment (PPE).
- Assist with inventory checks and stock rotation.
- Collaborate with team members to meet operational targets in the logistics flow.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent is advantageous.
- Experience in a warehouse, distribution, or similar role is beneficial.
- Must be able to lift up to 45 pounds regularly.
- Excellent accuracy and meticulousness.
- Dependable and punctual with a strong work ethic.
- Ability to work cooperatively in a team setting.
- Basic understanding of warehouse safety.
- Willingness to work in a demanding logistics environment.
