About
Our Nashville, Tennessee facility is looking for motivated Picker/Packers to join our warehouse team! In this fast-paced role, you will be instrumental in ensuring our customers receive their orders accurately and on time. Your responsibilities will include picking products from warehouse locations based on order specifications, carefully packing items to prevent damage during transit, and preparing orders for shipment. Accuracy and efficiency are paramount. You will work closely with inventory systems and shipping documentation. A strong commitment to Safety is required, including the consistent use of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) and adherence to all warehouse safety procedures. This role involves significant physical activity, including frequent Lifting of boxes and standing for extended periods. Prior experience in a similar role within the logistics industry is a plus, but not required. We offer training for the right candidates who demonstrate a strong work ethic and attention to detail.
