Our Seattle, Washington fulfillment center is looking for energetic and reliable Fulfillment Associates. This role is key to our mission of delivering products quickly and accurately to our customers. You'll be involved in various aspects of order processing, from picking and packing to shipping preparation. Responsibilities:
- Accurately pick items from warehouse shelves based on customer orders, using scanning technology where applicable.
- Pack orders with care and precision, ensuring products are well-protected for transit.
- Prepare orders for shipment, including applying labels and staging them correctly.
- Conduct quality checks to ensure order accuracy and product integrity before dispatch.
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized workspace, adhering to all warehouse protocols.
- Comply with all company policies and safety regulations, including the mandatory use of PPE.
- Operate basic warehouse equipment such as pallet jacks, following all safety guidelines.
- Meet or exceed individual and team productivity and quality targets.
- Assist with receiving, stocking, and inventory cycle counts as needed.
- Collaborate with colleagues to ensure efficient warehouse operations and logistics flow.
Qualifications:
- Prior experience in a warehouse, distribution, or fulfillment role is highly desirable.
- Ability to read and interpret order tickets accurately.
- Exceptional attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.
- Physically capable of standing for long periods, bending, stooping, and performing repetitive motions.
- Ability to handle frequent lifting (up to 45 lbs) of merchandise.
- Familiarity with warehouse logistics and order fulfillment processes.
- Strong commitment to workplace safety and adherence to all PPE guidelines.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills, with a team-player attitude.
- Must be dependable and punctual.
